This is confusing, since it indicates to the reader, that the issue is solved, which must not be the case. The ticket is simply marked as closed, but the request is still open. Is it possible to use e.g. a double strike through character? A much better solution would be the build in support for specifying the duplicate ticket, as suggested in #1395.
