Description
InterWiki is configured in a very wikish way: by editting a dedicated wiki page - InterWikiText. It would be nice to apply that approach to InterTrac configuration as well and have a dedicated InterTracText page for that. (I'd prefer this approach over having another admin page, though the latter would be acceptable as well.)

I'm not sure if this is worth doing, but let's keep the ticket.

I would even generalize it a bit more: why having two pages when you could have one? Functionally-wise both InterTrac and InterMapTxt are basically the same, so why don't we manage from the same place using the same logic?
It would be interesting too supporting inheritance in both of them so if you have a parent trac both InterTrac and InterMap tags would be inherited and you could add your local ones on top of the the global ones if so you choose.
