Wiki session edit — at Initial Version

Description
If we have long content in a wikipage, we can use pageoutline or TOC(plugin) to fast link the header session.
But if we want to edit this page session, we only have to edit all content in this page.
So, I suggest wiki can edit in header session. Like below graphic
