    4 Yeah, I don't intend to approach that in this ticket. Initially I was just thinking that it offers a nice symmetry to have create and delete in the workflow. Having delete as an action in the workflow for a ticket doesn't seem to offer any immediate advantages (and could actually be less convenient), but it could be useful on the batch modify form. If we wanted to add the ability to delete multiple tickets in a single operation it might fit nicely into the workflow actions of the batch modify form.

    66One use case I can think of is, users tag tickets as spam and an administrator is responsible for deleting them - batch delete would be much more convenient.
