Improve contrib/checkwiki.py to check InterWiki and InterTrac links in default pages.

Description

Currently, contrib/checkwiki.py cannot check uses of InterWiki and InterTrac links in default pages (e.g. wikipedia in wiki:CamelCase?action=diff&version=19).
