The Timepicker add-on is deprecated (see JavaScript). Since we are doing a major release, we should replace it with an equivalent that is maintained.

It's not quite a replacement in terms of style and function. The Timepicker GitHub page recommends Flatpickr as a replacement.

I think we could push another release after resolving this issue. I will try to work on it this weekend.
