I'll create the release after #13040 is fixed. Should we wait for #13225 as well, or defer that to 1.4.2?

I think we can defer #13225 to 1.4.2. Work around exists for it.

Jun, would you have time to pull and merge the catalogs from Transifex? I could do the release shortly after that's done.

Okay. nl, sq and zh_TW translations are merged from Transifex in [17251].

Sorry, I found mistakes in [17251]. Reworked in [17255].
