The wording sounds rather dire and some users may interpret that they've done something wrong.
Suggested change:
Also, I noticed that a conflict will be indicated if a ticket comment is edited, however there are no indicators that the conflict is a ticket comment edit. I don't think we need to block submission in case of a ticket comment edit, so we should maybe look at being more precise about adding the warning.
