Summary: Add "fold" argument to WikiProcessorsMake WikiProcessors foldable

It would be nice if processors could then accept a fold parameter, with:

  • a true value ⇒ starts folded
  • a false value ⇒ starts opened, but with the folding "UI"
  • never ⇒ starts opened, and without the folding "UI", i.e. the backward compatible output

When fold is not given, it should probably start open. Also, when no title is given, it would be nice to find a non obtrusive UI. The title could be given as fold_title="...", in order to reduce the risks of conflict with possibly already existing title parameters.
