Discussed in #11550, extend WikiProcessors with features similar to:
- FoldMacroProcessorMacro (see th:#13184 for description of how the macro fails to do its whole job)
- CollapsiblePlugin

Two additional ideas:
- Use a "collapse" style rather than "fold": comment:2:ticket:9073
- Allow number of lines shown in collapsed/folded state to be specified (TracIdeas/TracTickets#Layout). Showing N lines could be the default when the title isn't specified

It would be nice if processors could then accept a
foldparameter, with:never⇒ starts opened, and without the folding "UI", i.e. the backward compatible outputWhen fold is not given, it should probably start open. Also, when no title is given, it would be nice to find a non obtrusive UI. The title could be given as
fold_title="...", in order to reduce the risks of conflict with possibly already existingtitleparameters.
