Firefox does not scroll to the proper comment heading

Description

On navigating to comment:18:ticket:12385, I noticed that while Chrome 49 scrolls to the correct location, Firefox 45 scrolls past the comment. This is on OSX 10.11.

I'd be interested to know if anyone else sees the same behavior.

Milestone: next-stable-1.0.x → next-stable-1.2.x

Moved ticket assigned to next-stable-1.0.x since maintenance of 1.0.x is coming to a close. Please move the ticket back if it's critical to fix on 1.0.x.
