Sometime heading anchor is suffixed unexpectedly

Description

On wiki page, heading block has named anchor to link. I found that the anchor sometime suffixed unexpectedly on page reloading. To reproduce it, go to ​Trac page and reload the page then check anchor link, and repeat again and again. We can find not suffixed anchor in almost case, and sometime suffiexed with '1' or '2'.

Same issue is reported in reopened #847 and fixed in [1301].

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
