Added shortcuts for modifying the state of TracQuery checkbox filters.

Functionality similar to that provided by the ​QueryUiAssistPlugin will be integrated. Initial work was done in #11417, see log:rjollos.git:t11970 and issues noted in comment:14:ticket:11417.

Proposed changes in log:rjollos.git:t11970.1. Changes are working well on Ubuntu 14.04: Chrome, Firefox and Opera; Windows 10: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, IE 11 (didn't test with Edge because I keep getting a can't reach this page error when trying to access an ​http://192.xxx.xxx.xxx:8000 IP address of TracStandalone running in virtual machine).

We should also implement the "unselect all other filters" (#12376) feature for the Columns.

Action
as closed The owner will remain Ryan J Ollos.
