Redirect to different query page after batch modify — at Initial Version

Description
- Access query:owner=$USER
- Access query:owner=somebody
- Submit batch modify on view of step 1
- View of step 2 is shown
I'm confused by the behavior. I think we should redirect to view of step 1.
