I just wanted to add a few notes in the documentation to reference the Trac versions that these functions were added in (changeset is [10328]).

Side note: After ​th:#11588 and ​th:#11589 trac.web.chrome:add_javascript is no longer used by any trac-hacks plugin that would likely be maintained in the future, and it has been deprecated since 0.10. Would now be a good time to remove it on the trunk?

Same situation for trac.mimeview.api:Mimeview.get_max_preview_size and trac.mimeview.api:Mimeview.to_utf8.
