Description

similar to #9755. I was able to partially fix the issue using tracd -q parameter, but all requests for chrome are in the form: /admin/ticket/milestones/MILE%20STONE/chrome/common/css/jquery-ui/jquery-ui.css and failing.

I should mention that I'm running tracd with apache via scgi.

PS: I tried to verify whether this is a local issue but niether 1.0 nor 1.1 demo sites allow users to create milestones.

Can't reproduce (but then, I don't have an Apache + scgi setup).

I'm afraid you're on your own with this one. Another tip from #9755 would be to try to install flup first (no need for TRAC_USE_FLUP with 1.0.x, it's the default i.e. flup is used when installed).

flup 1.0.2 is installed. the original problem was that milestones could not be managed at all, but that got fixed by adding -q parameter. could it be that this param changes only some paths and not all?

anyway, this is not a high priority for me as milestone management works and scgi is used only as a stop gap until apache 2.4 with (hopefully) usable fcgi is deployed.
