Description

To ​reset printer HP, there are two ways. One is through the admin panel of the printer and the other is the manual reset.
Before you reset the printer, keep in mind that the reset will restore the factory default settings of the printer. This means, after the reset, you will have to reconfigure the printer from scratch. Therefore, the reset should be your last resort.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The owner will remain somebody.
as The resolution will be set. Next status will be 'closed'.
to The owner will be changed from somebody to the specified user. Next status will be 'assigned'.
The owner will be changed from somebody to anonymous. Next status will be 'accepted'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
