On your query of ​how to reset Alexa; know this there are two ways to ​reset Alexa. Those two ways are here, which are through an Alexa app or you can just do the physical reset.

For a physical reset, you need to press the reset button on your Alexa. This is located on bottom, just press it for like five minutes and this will take the Alexa to factory default settings.
