News! APEX URLs Have Changed!

APEX URLs are now of the form

http://rimst-mt:7778/pls/apex

http://rimst-mt:7778/pls/apex/apex_admin

that is, they use a path of /pls/apex instead of the old /pls/rims/apex

The reason for this is that the old path was causing problems with certain APEX features such as file uploading. The modplsql handler was using the wrong location in the dads.conf file due to the first part of the path being the same.

Note: all other RIMS pls style URLs remain the same.
