i18n: add one more i18n:msg and illustrate another issue with Genshi extraction.

The text before the first expression and the last expression are missing.

During rendering, the corresponding text is shown translated like that:

Changed il y a 2 years parcboos

(the 2 years part is expected in the above, it corresponds to the %(date)s part)
