removed obsolete comment about optional dependencies, since all but one are now in the portstree and handled by the trac port

Installing Trac on FreeBSD

Kuei-Feng Li, Rui Lopes and Pav Lucistnik kindly ​added Trac to the ​FreeBSD ports collection.

For more information:

The port currently (July 7 2004) installs all dependencies except www/clearsilver, which is optional. You may install the clearsilver port manually before you install trac.
