+If you install it using `easy_install Trac==0.12b1` (or even ... `easy_install Trac`), you won't be able to change the language of the interface, as the catalog files are not compiled during install. You either need to install trunk where the problem has been fixed (`easy_install Trac==dev`), or download the sources and do a `setup.py compile_catalog` before installing or building the .egg (#9291).
