A Ticket Butcher is a person who takes a perfectly innocent and fine looking ticket and massacres it with no mercy, either by adding garbage content, changing field values at random or, even worse, closing or reopening the ticket just for fun.

The naming was patterned after the term c2Wiki:WikiButcher.
