removing my addition. I was incorrect about the rsync command not being found. I did not properly call the command, as I was using my <reponame> instead of the repository keyword.

-Trac .12 does not seem to have a resync command.  To get 0.12 to update changes in commit comments made with {{{ svn propset svn:log }}} you can use this command.
