In changeset [206], svn:/trunk/htdocs/trac.css was added. It appears that it is unnecessary and unused.

Peculiar.. I 'svn mv'-ed it and the commit got screwed up somehow. htdocs/trac.css is htdocs/css/trac.css anyway… Fixed now, in [209]
