I'm trying to word this so as not to get rejected by the * filter Look at the subjects on the demo site. I would 'graphically' pn describe them but this would be rejected

You're right. Unfortunately the SpamFilter plugin is not installed there, so it get easily filled with junk content.

That demo site is not hosted by us, but nevertheless we link to it from the front page, so we have to do something about this.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
