Allow hiding of irrelevant non-commented changes — at Initial Version

Description
There are changes in tickets that are not always important and relevant at first. Something like this.
So, it would be much easier to read without these changes at first. If someone wants to see those changes, there should be a button (or link) "show hidden changes".
The criteria for hiding should be:
- no text in comment
- status changes (type, milestone, priority, cc, component, etc, …)
