anonymous checkins don't have a username

Description

When my svnserv.conf says

[general]
anon-access = write
auth-access = write

every commit is without a username. The the timeline of trac just shows 'Changeset X by', without a username afterwards.

Maybe it would be better to put 'anonymous' here.
