Browse Source Tab alternates in Nav between visible and not

Also if I navigate to Browse Source I get the below instead of seeing the SVN source

Not Found

404 Not Found (No handler matched request to %s)

This is an InstallationIssue. Also, you might want to update to 0.11.1.
