Description

To be able to integrate the issue tracking system in an existing email list environment, I need to be able to send an email to the given list on every ticket creation and every updated. It would also be good if it was possible to have the emails sorted by thread then (i.e. a reply in the ticket sytem replies to the initial "ticket created" email).

The email notification does exactly this, including proper threading.
