Description

Changeset [834] added the option to delete pages or versions of pages from the Wiki, but incorrectly (imo) gave this option only to users with the WIKI_ADMIN permission. I believe this is what the WIKI_DELETE permission was created for. WIKI_ADMIN includes the WIKI_DELETE privilege, but I believe that if there's going to be a specific permission for WIKI_DELETE, then it is the proper permission to check for on that action.
