Description
Currently the ticket number inside the wiki was only a #ticket link
- Add the summary of the ticket in the title ( fixes #664 )
- If a ticket is new add a * after it and add NEW : inside the title
- If a ticket is closed strike it and add CLOSED : insithe the title
- If the number is a non existant ticket, mark it with CSS class=missing
The patch will follow in trunk
