Description
would be nice to have the rXXX and #YYY ... notations also available in the summary of a ticket..
also you can link to changesets which doesn't exist yet, e.g. r90134000

I remember that this behavior was turned on briefly on the WorkFlow branch for 0.10, some liked it, others disliked that.
The interpretation of fields (text or wiki) should be configurable, see #1791 (never mind that this ticket currently only addresses custom fields - in the end it won't matter).
