[PATCH] Status group counts with links on milestone groups

Description

The attached patch adds status group counts with links to appropriate queries to each of the status bars in the "Ticket status by" box.

The problem that this ticket is trying to solve is that if there are tickets without a group name (owner, type, priority, etc.) and the progress bar is small, there is no way to click on it to get to the query.

After discussion with aat, thatch and nkantrowitz, decided that teh original path ended up being a bit cluttered and the abbreviations semi-unclear. Compromised on explicitly showing (none) in the group name column when tickets do not have a corresponding group. 7017_link.patch applied in [6734]
