I posted Some Trac-users threads to explain this issue:

  • First question
  • A reply -- which explained me that it was corrected by r3808, but does not seem to be the same use case as i don't get any Trac error. It's just that emails aren't sent when they should.

My "Trac about" is:

FYI:

  • smtp server is working fine as I receive all the bcc emails
  • always_notify_updater is not set in my Trac.ini

Seems that my IS changed the smtp settings... Will dig on this... will reopen if needded.
