Adjustable height of wiki page editing textarea

Description

The current editing area height for wiki pages is set to 20 rows. For the longer wiki pages, it can be real annotying to edit these in such a short window, and therefore would be nice to be able to make that window taller. This could be offered in either of the following ways (amongst others maybe):

  1. Add as a defaulted user preference (that will be in 0.8), e.g. wiki_editing_rows. similar preferences can be added as needed editing tickets and other items.
  2. Add it as part of the interface, such as a couple of little up and down buttons, e.g. [+] [-], just at the bottom of the textarea in question.
