A link to a wiki page name automatically use the first heading in the page

Description
Add to trac.ini the new option, for example
[wiki] use_first_head_as_title = true
When this option is enabled, a link to a wiki page name will automatically use the first heading in the page if it is exist, else use the page name

I'm pretty sure this feature has already been requested, BTW.
