Ability to sort ticket list by column parameters

Description
The user should be able to click on a column heading to sort a ticket list by such parameters (i.e. clicking on the date will sort tickets by date).

Which version of Trac are you using?
This feature is already implemented, AFAICT. Feel free to re-open this ticket if you are using Trac 0.10.4 or above and the feature does not work for you. Do not forget to provide useful details.
