If it should, it should only occur if the owner hasn't been explicitly assigned (e g, it belongs to the default component owner).

I don't think changing one value should automagically affect other values. It's better that a ticket stays assigned to someone until it's explicitly reassigned to someone else.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
