Add wiki tag to force WikiLink

Description

There are many times when you want to be able to create a wikilink and not use camel case. For example when you use the word FAQ. I would like to create a wiki page with the name TroubleShootingFAQ but this is not possible.

So it would be nice if there would be a tag to specify that it is a WikiLink.
