Committed a first version to source:sandbox/i18n/trac/locale/zh_TW/LC_MESSAGES/messages.po.

Is this translation of any use?

It's only at 3%, half of the translations being fuzzy ones.

I'll delete the Taiwan Chinese translation (only at 2%) for now. If someone wants to contribute a Taiwan Chinese translation in the future, (s)he's very welcome to do so, of course, but with an initial messages.po with a completion status which makes it at least a tiny bit useful (say at least 20%).

Great! However, there seem to be one little issue:

$ make check-zh_TW
check-zh_TW: trac/locale/zh_TW/LC_MESSAGES/messages.po:2790: 'msgstr' is not a valid Python format string, unlike 'msgid'. Reason: The character that terminates the directive number 1 is not a valid conversion specifier.
msgfmt: found 1 fatal error

(%(num) has no specifier)

Anyway, looks like the next step will be arranging a commit access for you ;-)

I have no pending translation patch.
But I will keep to translate the messages with newest Trac code.
