Description
This bug may or may not be within the scope of trac, so feel free to close if I'm just way off.
At Swivel, we encourage each other to look through the trac timeline for code reviews. Currently, code review discussions happen through email and they eventually get lost and forgotten from our collective memory. It'd be really valuable to be able to annotate commits with a discussion, which we'd use for our code review discussions. That way, we'd collectively remember why we did certain things, etc, and makes the code review process nicer and all integrated with commits and tickets.
Also, we're all in love with trac. Thanks for the great product.

I agree, code review capabilities will be an important concern for me in the upcoming Trac releases, hopefully as soon as 0.12. See #2035 for the original ticket.
