Description
Anonymously filing a ticket, but filling in the username field doesn't actually set the reporter value, and it goes back to anonymous on preview.
This problem was introduced by [4387].

The next question is... do we want to merge ticket-preview and then fix it?
Or fix it on ticket-preview in the expectation that will go to trunk soon?

I thought this was settled on trac-dev, please merge ticket-preview.
