linkify mention of comment in attachment description

Description

Currently, putting comment:1 in an attachment's description will not create a link to that comment. It makes it a link in the ticket's change comment, but not in text that's in the attachment box.

Seems to work fine, so this must have been fixed at some point during 0.11dev.
