Spamfilter Logs Daily/Weely Admin Email

Description
It would be nice if we could setup SpamFilter so that it would mail us(admin), recent and unseen, spam log entries.
We could then go to that trac env and see some more details about those log entries.

By a comment on #trac by jborg, I must add that this would of course be a feature for low traffic trac envs, t.e.o would probably generate a huge daily email.
So I guess, it might be a feature that one could enable and/or disable as one liked.

The monitor admin pages allow to parse the entries and classify them very fine. I don't think sending emails containing spam nowadays is useful at all.
