#3866 closed enhancement (wontfix)

make the wiki manual read-only

Description

It would be nice if the default installed wiki pages, except perhaps the front page, etc, were read-only by default. This would make it harder for wiki spammers to hide stuff in random rarely used pages, and keep them from having predefined addresses to put stuff in.
