webadmin-genshi needs titles

Description

Almost none of the webadmin modules generate a title in their genshi reincarnation.

I'll attach a patch to fix this shortly. Obviously, the titles can be debated — I don't care a whole lot what they'll be, but I think there should definitely be titles.
