Dates in browser and log should display the year

Description

Currently, the browser and log views display dates in the format "%b %e %R", for example "May 3 14:42". This leaves the viewer clueless as to which year the change was made.

I suggest using the same date format as used in the Timeline (for consistency, mainly), for example "05/03/04" and append the time.
