working time management

Hi! It would be nice to have an additional Menu Item (like New Ticket for example) for managing the working time of all employees.
I imagine it like that: All employees can log in to Trac and enter the number of hours they've been working on the project (as often as they want or maybe once per day). These values should be saved to database.
The advantages would be: 1) You can tell how long an specific employee has been working on the project ever 2) You can tell which employee has been working the longest time 3) You can tell how much work has been invested into project all together (and estimate the asset of the project) 4) And so on... everything you can think of.
This is only a minimalistic approach. It would be useful to have a relationship between working time and tickets for example. So, the employee could enter the amount of time he needed to fix a reported bug. Maybe it would make sense to select a specific branch. The employee counld enter then, that he has been working on branch x for 3 hours... and so on. There are infinite possibilities.
However, some kind of management for the working time would be a really great enhancement!
