binary files are displayed as text in html preview

Description

when i click on a binary file (zip, pdf, doc ..) in browser or wiki/ticket attachment, it gets displayed as text. i guess theres also something wrong with the mime type, cause downloading these files dont open the appropriate application as it does when downloading these files via subversions repository browser.
