Direct access to ticket

Just a little enhancement request: would it be possible to add a 'ticket direct access menu' on top of trac pages (in fact just close to the search menu). Very usefull when you are working on a ticket and want to add some comments.

Actually the search form does this... It's the TracSearch#Quickjumps facility: simply enter the ticket number prefixed by a hash mark (e.g. #2919).
